Apply now for our 2016 Water Leaders class. Students of the popular, one-year program gain a deeper understanding of California water issues and learn how to collaborate with other stakeholder groups.

Among other things, class members:

• Attend two Foundation water tours, including the mandatory Bay-Delta Tour to learn about the hub of the state’s water systems.
• Spend a day “shadowing” a major water leader from government, urban, agriculture, environmental organization, private businesses, or public interest group.
• Interview the water leader about an issue selected for the class project.
• Attend the Foundation’s premier event, the Executive Briefing.
