At the Foundation, we believe that education is as precious as water. Your donations help us every day to teach K-12 educators how to bring water science into the classroom and to empower future decision-makers through our professional development programs.

Our portfolio of programs reach many people and in many different ways:

• The Foundation’s California Project WET program trains hundreds of educators every year.
• Our Water Leader programs in California and the Colorado River Basin help up-and-coming water professionals deepen their water knowledge and strengthen their leadership skills.
• Our tours, workshops and summits help raise awareness of how precious water is in the West and how we can find solutions to the myriad challenges.
• Our Western Water articles spotlight innovations and help bridge the divide between science and policy.
• Our Aquafornia news aggregate is a daily resource of the top articles in the West to help keep everyone up-to-date on water issues.
