Western Water Expands Resource Coverage With Online Move
Sign Up Now for Foundation's flagship publication, known for in-depth water coverage
Western Water, the Foundation’s flagship publication, has been providing respected, in-depth coverage of water resource issues in California and the Colorado River Basin in a print format since 1977. Beginning this year, Western Water is moving online.
In-depth coverage of emerging water resource issues in the West will continue, but Western Water will add new features: Q&As with interesting water experts; a Spotlight column highlighting success stories involving water issues; updates of recent stories we’ve covered to let you know the latest; and an On the Road feature to showcase someone or something interesting from one of our water tours.
We’ll send an email to our subscribers with the latest story, plus our popular Water Word of the Week from our Aquapedia online water encyclopedia, and five don’t-miss water stories from around the web.
Past Western Water in-depth stories have examined climate change impacts on the Colorado River, challenges confronting California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, preservation and restoration of salmon in Northern California, and the drive for new water storage in California.
Here’s how you can sign up to ensure you don’t miss a single story.
