Folsom Issues Water Warning, Old Walls and Foundations Emerge from Lake Bed

“As the level of Folsom Lake continues to drop, Folsom city officials have issued a ‘water warning,’ sparking mandatory water-use restrictions. … The last time the lake was near this level was 2009.
“According to Marcus Yasutake, the city’s director of Environmental and Water Resources, Roseville, Folsom and San Juan Water District officials have been meeting regularly with [U.S. Bureau of] Reclamation officials to hammer out contingency plans if the water drops to 320 feet or below.”
