Cheyanne Harris is a civil engineer with Brown and Caldwell supporting program management, conveyance and pump station projects. She is based in her hometown of Sacramento.

She received a bachelor’s degree from University of the Pacific in 2017 and a master’s degree from University of California, Davis in 2021. She is a licensed professional civil engineer in California and is an alum of the Foundation’s 2019 Water Leaders class.

She joined the Water Education Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2023.
