2015 Anne J. Schneider Lecture
Dan Dooley to speak on the future of agriculture in the Central Valley
Dan Dooley, a distinguished policy leader and attorney known for successfully bridging the environmental and economic considerations in natural resources conflicts, will serve as the 2015 lecturer on April 29, 2015 at the Crocker Museum in Sacramento.
Mr. Dooley will speak on “The Future of Agriculture in the Central Valley.” He has held top posts in the California Department of Food and Agriculture, the California Water Commission and the University of California system, including as senior advisor to the UC president on agricultural and natural resources. He currently serves as Of Counsel at Bolen Fransen Sawyers LLP.
Following his lecture, Mr. Dooley will be joined by Ellen Hanak of the Public Policy Institute of California for a conversation on the topic.
