Bruce Babbitt, former Interior Secretary and Arizona governor, will be the distinguished speaker at the 2019 Anne Schneider Lecture on April 3, 2019.

Mr. Babbitt will speak on “Parting the Waters – Will it Take a Miracle?” The event will be held at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento.

Check-in begins at 3:30 p.m. with the lecture starting at 4 p.m. A reception will follow at about 5:30 p.m.
