The Delta ISB is hosting a seminar series to explore concepts from decision-making under deep uncertainty and present tools that can help managers plan for a wide range of plausible futures in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Experts will speak about planning efforts. Alice Hill, the David M. Rubenstein senior fellow for energy and the environment at the Council on Foreign Relations, will kick off the seminar series in April.
