Description: Join Coachella Valley Water District in partnership with Mission Springs Water District for our Project WET workshop that will provide K-12 educators with an abundance of multi-disciplinary tools and hands-on activities to engage students in water education.

Water is one of our most important natural resources and with the impacts of climate change becoming more prevalent, especially in California, it is imperative that we show our students how to manage and care for this important resource.

Participation in this workshop will include your own copy of the Project WET Foundations of Water Education, access to the Project WET Portal, and an overview of educational offerings by local water districts.

Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided. Lunch will be catered by Aspen Mills Bakery.

The $20 registration fee will be reimbursed upon completion of the workshop.
