Description: Join us for a day exploring how to integrate the study of land-based watershed challenges to ocean and coastal impacts in the classroom, while engaging students in concepts and skills at the heart of NGSS and Common Core standards.

You’ll experience hands-on activities designed to encourage students to take action and learn about local opportunities to engage students in local citizen science and stewardship.

Registration includes a free lunch, activity kits, and prizes for teacher referrals!

Professional Development hours are offered through most districts and those interested will have an opportunity to register for CEU credit through CSU San Marcos for an additional fee.
