Wade Crowfoot Joins Speaker Lineup for Oct. 25 Water Summit
California Natural Resources Secretary Wade Crowfoot will speak on a panel at our 2023 Water Summit examining the latest legislative actions and policy decisions involving water.

Now in its 39th year, the Water Summit will gather leading experts and top policymakers for conversations about recent and ongoing changes in Western water management considered unlikely just a decade ago — and what we might expect in the near future.

- A reflection on California’s ongoing effort to achieve groundwater sustainability

Join Oct. 31 Q&A Session for 2024 California Water Leader Applications:
Are you an up-and-coming leader in the water world who is thinking about applying for our 2024 California Water Leaders cohort?
If so, you can join a virtual Q&A session on Oct. 31 at 12:30 p.m. by signing up here. Jenn Bowles, our executive director, and other Foundation team members will give an overview of the program and advice on applying.
The deadline for 2024 applications is Dec. 5, 2023.
If interested in applying, start by checking out the program requirements; make sure you have the time to commit to the program next year and approval from your organization to apply.

A limited amount of scholarship funding is available, including one from the Association of California Water Agencies for an employee of a water district that is an ACWA member.
