This 24×36 inch poster, suitable for framing, explains how non-native invasive plants can alter the natural ecosystem, leading to the demise of native plants and animals. “Space Invaders” features photos and information on six non-native plants that have caused widespread problems in the Bay-Delta Estuary and elsewhere.

The poster also provides ways boaters, fishermen and others can help prevent the spread of these plants – such as landscaping with native plants – and provides a list of websites for more information. The poster’s development was funded by a grant from the CALFED Bay-Delta Program. Look for the Space Invaders and Unwelcome Visitors posters set in this section and get both posters for $8!
